Sentico Labs GmbH operates the public information website at sentico-labs.xyz, including company pages, development analytics and downloadable data.

These terms do not govern accounts, wallet connections, deposits, orders, settlement or withdrawals in the separate application, or use of an API as an execution service. See Legal & development status for the current programme.
Browsing does not itself open an account, create a trading relationship, authorise a transaction or constitute consent to data processing. Contractual provisions apply only where validly agreed or incorporated under applicable law.
02Technology and product information
Our material explains technology, development work and product plans. It is general information, not an individual investment, legal or tax recommendation. It does not assess suitability for you. A technical description, roadmap or link does not promise a public launch, availability in your country or a return on investment.
The current programme uses company funds and accounts for technical tests. This website does not invite personal deposits or public trading. Read the information about company funds and unsolicited transfers before interacting with a development address.
03Analytics and downloads
Charts and CSV downloads reproduce reported development data. Values can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; missing observations are not necessarily zero activity. Test activity is not independent market demand, and internal fee entries are not necessarily external revenue.
Read reporting dates, source descriptions, units and limitations with the figures. A blockchain checkpoint alone does not establish the accuracy or completeness of every underlying record. These explanations do not restrict liability imposed by law.
04Use and security
You may browse and use available downloads subject to applicable law and any expressly identified licence. Do not introduce malicious code, gain unauthorised access, bypass access controls or deliberately disrupt the service.
Statutory permissions, lawful security research and applicable open-source permissions remain unaffected. Report vulnerabilities to office@sentico-labs.xyz; avoid exposing personal data and never send passwords, private keys or seed phrases.
05Content, software and links
Content, branding and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Making them accessible does not transfer ownership. Statutory exceptions and express licences remain available. Open-source components retain their own licences; third-party marks belong to their owners.
Links to the application, documentation, repositories, explorers and social platforms lead to separate services. Consult the information applicable there. Links do not imply endorsement or replace our own obligations. Please report inaccurate or unlawful linked material to the contact address above.
06Availability and statutory rights
Maintenance, security incidents, development changes or network failures may interrupt the website. We may correct information and update features.
Statutory liability and mandatory rights remain unaffected. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for personal injury, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and rights under a separate valid agreement remain unaffected.
These terms impose no general indemnity, monetary liability cap, compulsory arbitration or forfeiture of transferred assets.
07Applicable law and updates
Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the relevant statutory rules, including mandatory consumer protections and consumer jurisdiction. These terms do not require all disputes to be brought exclusively in Vienna.
